Welcome to Gaadi Saathi. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and any mobile or digital platforms (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Platform or our services.

1. Definitions

“We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Gaadi Saathi (gaadisaathi.com)

“You”, “Your”, “User”, “Customer” refers to any person who accesses or uses our Platform or services

“Services” means the vehicle servicing, bike servicing, document services, document checks, and any other offerings via our Platform

“Partner Workshop / Service Provider” means the third-party workshops or service providers we collaborate with to deliver services

“Content” means all materials, text, images, data, software, and other information provided on the Platform

2. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform or request any Services.

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when registering or ordering Services, and to maintain and promptly update the information to keep it accurate.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities under your account.

3. Services & Bookings

Using the Platform, you may request various vehicle services (car, bike), document services, and 9-point document checks.

Service appointments are subject to availability. We will confirm or decline requests based on feasibility, location, workshop capacity, etc.

We may coordinate with third-party Partner Workshops to deliver the services.

We may collect a booking fee or advance deposit. The payment terms, cancellation policy, and refund rules applicable will be disclosed at booking.

You must ensure that your vehicle is accessible as per the agreed time and location. If unable to have your vehicle serviced (e.g. it’s not at the location), we may cancel the booking, and you may incur charges.

4. Pricing, Payments & Refunds

All prices, fees, taxes, or additional charges will be shown to you before you confirm a booking.

Payments may be accepted via the methods offered on the Platform (e.g. credit card, UPI, net banking).

If you cancel within a specified timeframe (as stated at booking), a refund (if any) will be processed according to our cancellation policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings in case of payment failures, fraud, incorrect pricing, or misuse.

5. Changes, Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a booking subject to the time limits and conditions specified at the time of booking.

If we (or the Partner Workshop) need to change or cancel the service (e.g. due to logistics, workshop constraints), we will notify you and make reasonable efforts to offer alternate schedules or refunds.

In case of rescheduling by either party, we are not liable for incidental costs unless expressly agreed.

6. Your Obligations & Warranties

You agree to:

Provide accurate vehicle information (make, model, registration, history)

Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before service

Ensure valid documents (RC, insurance, etc.) are in your possession

Not use the Platform or Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes

Comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The services are provided “as is,” and we (and our Partner Workshops) disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, to the extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permissible, Gaadi Saathi and its affiliates, employees, agents, and Partner Workshops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or relating to your use of the Platform or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Platform or services is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the past 12 months.

We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure, natural disasters, transport disruptions, regulatory changes, etc.).

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, logos, trademarks, designs, graphics, and software on the Platform are owned or licensed by Gaadi Saathi and are protected under intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any of the content except as permitted here.

If you submit any suggestions, feedback, or other contributions, we may use them without restriction and without compensating you.

9. Privacy & Data

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy (which you should link to).

You consent to our processing of your information, sharing with Partner Workshops or third parties as needed to deliver the services (e.g. vehicle history, document processing).

We will take commercially reasonable measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access (or access of any user) to the Platform or services, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms or for other lawful reasons.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions which by their nature should survive will survive (liability, intellectual property, disclaimers, dispute resolution, etc.).

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [State / Union Territory], India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved via arbitration or in courts located in [City, e.g. Bengaluru].

You and we both submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Modifications to Terms

No waiver: Our failure to enforce any right here does not waive that right.

Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Platform.
